Eureka - Jack and Allison can't get a break. Fargo nearly gets lucky with Holly. And the town nearly goes BOOM, again. Vizzini guest stars and looks to hang around for next week's episode as well.

Warehouse 13 - Myka gets closure. Artie gets owned by a dog and gets to wear a Fez (Fezzes are cool). They now know they've been played by little miss southern blondie. Also, don't ring Pavlov's Bell, it's not pretty.

Alphas - Wow, Summer Glau not being super weird. Nice ability to have. Gary chooses the team over his protective Mom while Bill is considering becoming a father. Nice to see some character growth in a series. Nice avoidance of Cerebro. Lines become fuzzier with every episode. Betting the finale will be the team heading for the hills.

Ok, I can buy the methane/ethane fog thing to an extent. I can't however, buy methane snowflakes in the atmosphere or building up to any significant amount on the ground. Why? Ambient temperature. Now, I may be off here, but to have solid methane, you'd need either LOW temperature or high pressure. Like Titan low temps. Otherwise, that stuff'd sublimate off pretty quickly. One could use the example of dry ice, but that stuff takes a series of low temps combined with pressures to make. It's not stable at room temps.

As to that appraiser guy, I'm wondering if that statement he made was just another test.

W13 - Pavlov's Bell. Classic. Also, they finally caught that scarab bugger. Was wondering if Artie was going to start having a hankering for chasing cats and/or snausages... And his statement was fairly spot-on considering the relationship between cats/dogs/humans.

Gary's mom is way overprotective. Even considering that he has special needs. She's not going to be around forever and best to help him get to the point where he can take care of himself, to a point. And ya, they really are setting them up for going rogue and/or breaking into Binghamton to free people. Not being very subtle with the whole thing, especially with DoD guy.

Yes, but most people never paid much attention in high school physics or chemistry to remember phase change and triple points. Anyways this is Eureka, they routinely mess up the laws of physics, chemistry, biology, etc.

I just wish Alphas wasn't so heavy handed with their handlers. Honestly if they had brain one among them they would have realized that treating a bunch of people who have "powers beyond mortal man" like they were something you found on the bottom of your shoe isn't terribly smart or wise.

While Alphas is a good show it is not a "great" show. It hasn't hit it's stride yet and they need to start expanding on the individual characters a bit more exploring their abilities... hopefully it will get a few seasons to grow into itself.

I wonder how many nerdgasms occurred when Holly said "Let's have sex.", or Fargo became the most desired man to become at that point, or both.

No, I didn't. She's sort of cute, but not that cute. Now if it was Alison that had said that....

I had my nerdgasm the instant she appeared in those shorts.
