Defeat badges for Accolades
Cityofheroes.wikia.com has all the badges and where to locate them. They have maps and locations for all of them. That helps in obtaining them by sending you to the right areas where groups of enemies are. I usually have my phone on the internet while I'm badge hunting for quick reference.
Here's the bind for locations on the map: /bind L "loc"
Now everytime you tap L the coordinates will show up.

Lv50 tips tend to have lots of fake nems on higher "x" difficulties, they're also good for the Carnies MI badge. Skyway is always good for clocks if you can't get on a Synapse TF. Moonfire TF is ideal for Slayer/Silver Bullet.

Unveiler: Hopping around PI works, and so does running Hero Tips. I don't know of any stand-alone missions, but if you are a high enough level, there is Maxwell Christopher's story arc that is chock-full of Nemesis (you can run it through Ouroboros too). With the right amount of teammates (or difficulty settings) you can get quite a few to spawn on any particular map.
Gearsmasher: Skyway City's high roads has always been my go-to place for Gears. But if you can get on a Synapse TF, that should take care of it as well.
Silver Bullet / Slayer: As said above, a Moonfire task force will make short order of both those badges. But if you are stuck solo, the "The Bog" area of Striga Isle spawns plenty of Nightwolves and Vampyri, all around level 25, so most anything 35+ can rip through mobs fairly quickly. Make sure you hunt the Vampyri when they spawn. The nightwolves are around all the time, but the Vampyri only spawn at night.
@Winter. Because I'm Winter. Period.
I am a blaster first, and an alt-oholic second.
For Fake Nemesis I normally just farm them in either PI or FBZ but if you prefer a Flashback mission the arcs provided by The Dark Watcher and Serpent Drummer both have a number of fixed Fake Nemesis in the first few missions.
Best place for Fake Nemesis is an island in the middle of Firebase Zulu. Usually 5-10 Fake Nemesis spawned at a time in the 40-44 range. A 50 of most ATs can run a circle around that island and be done in about an hour or less. If you're on an AT in the level range who can handle good sized spawns, you can also gain a level doing it.
The tip mission where you save Frostfire and Miss Thystle works OK at high numbers of players (x6 or above), but still not as easy or quick as the island above.
As for Clockwork, just run a Synapse TF (needed for TF Commander anyway), and you'll almost certainly earn it. I've had characters with NO gears killed who got the badge in the middle of that TF.
The City of Heroes Community is a special one and I will always look fondly on my times arguing, discussing and playing with you all. Thanks and thanks to the developers for a special experience.

Thanks for the tip, much better than PI.
Point Sierra has been my go-to place for fakes but my new favorite way to get them is Maxwell Christopher's arc. If your character can handle x8 nemesis in the 40-45 range you'll easily get the badge just while leveling up. Even if you wait until 50, you can still do it in ouro. I think maybe three warhulks spawned for me on the entire arc, every other boss was a fake.
Most of your questions have good answers already. But I'll throw in my opinion also. I find I usually hunt Fake Nemisis in PI, just because there's often teams hunting fakes there and you can join them instead of doing it all solo. I can also do it while looking for a pick-up team or looking for tips, whereas FBZ is out of the way of doing anything else.
For clockworks, I always go to Parez Park and hunt around the lake that has a boat house. There's 6-8 regular spawns that often have 2 princes each. Usually I can go from 0 kills to 100 of gears in about 15 minutes there.
You didn't ask about them, but I like to hunt Freakshow tanks in Terra Volta, though usually I'm close to if not already at 100 Tanks before I get high enough to hunt Fakes just from running missions.
I gotta make pain. I gotta make things right. I gotta stop what's comin'. 'Least I gotta try.

My problem with fake hunting in PI is that too many cooks spoil the broth. That is, most of the fakes spawn on the docks and the rest spawn in a circuit in the middle of the island. One fake slayer can cover all of these spawn points in a figure eight and it will all have respawned by your next pass. If just one person is AFK at ghost falcon, that interferes with like eight of the potential fake spawns. If a whole team is canvassing the island, how does anything get a chance to respawn? Or do you try to stay together? A team in FBZ is another matter because you can each have your own island.

Aha! Maybe in my wanderings in the Shard I never found that spot. I'll look there.

Battle for the TV mission is king to all. There's about 10 in a +0/x8 settings. Just go red side and run the television contact till you get to that mission.
I went to Point Sierra in FBZ last night needing 70 Fakes. It took about an hour solo on a Lvl 50 F/F/Pyre tank with Tier 3 pyronic and T3 interface.
Since I was familiar with where Fakes can spawn from prior hunts at Point Sierra, I knew that certain spawn points that did not have a Fake should be wiped to allow the potential respawn of a Fake containing group. Basically if a spawn has a Warhulk (esp a Warhulk and a PP) but no Fake, wipe it and see if it has a Fake on your next pass around the circle. There are some that will never spawn Fakes, but that should get you a feel for those that do.
Another advantage I have found at Point Sierra is the common prescence of double Fake spawns near the main fort in the center of the island.
As far as PI goes, the first 3 50's I had got their Fakes there and it was an unfun grind except the one time I did catch a team. My understanding is that the level and diffiulty of the random outdoor spawns is weighted by the numbers and levels of the players in the area at any particular time. So when I was solo in PI during off hours (I waited till our SG group had finished for the night to do my personal farming) ther were very few Fakes to be found. Also, as at Point Sierra, there are many points around the docks that need to be wiped as you go because they sometimes have Fakes but are occupied by junk right now. Several of them give no clue that they can have a Fake sometimes as they will have no boss level Nem in the place of a fake to tip you off. Until you learn the spots I would suggest just wiping everything as you go.
I am glad to learn of the other Fake gaining tricks listed above and look forwaed to trying them.

Anyone know of a good mission accessible through ouroboros or otherwise with an excessive amount of fake nemesis? Clockwork gears? Others Im not thinking of right now?
In the past I have hopped around PI/Perez to find those, but Im hoping there is a more efficient way.
