Suggestions for the Paragon Market

Things I'd like to be able to buy at the in-game Paragon Market:

-New base items. I don't care if they're functional. The couches, wall pictures, etc. we see in some of the Praetorian offices would be nice.

-Recolorability for APPs/Epics

-The Steampunk sausage curls hairstyle for women without the hat (and vice versa), and the Organic Armor face, with all its awesome detailing, without the Organic Armor scaliness on it and with normal eyes (for shapeshifting characters)

-"Male" costume pieces for women. And, to be fair, "female" costume pieces for men. I'm looking at you, Renegade Hat and Baron Coat!

-New chest emblems that can (hopefully) be also used for SG emblems.

I know some of these probably can't/won't be done, but I'm throwing them out there anyhow. I'm sure you all have things you'd like to see, too, and it never hurts to toss the idea into the ring!

Steampunk girl hair is awful...I love the hat, hate the hair....even the bun is awful...
Girls should have the availability to smoke a cigar....and have a quilted interior to their occult cape.. I'd LOVE the occult jacket on a few of my chicky toons

New base items are something I could see being in there, functional or otherwise. Problem is, I'm not sure the devs would see it. They have a history of mostly ignoring bases and everything related to them.

The steampunk stuff I have no opinion on, since I don't have any characters that'd use it anyway.

The last two, I have only two words to say: Hell yes.

Edit: Something else I thought of. Buying access to more chat channels (I know global channels were mentioned, does that include all the regular channels they can't use too?), and also buying access to post on the forums. Having those purchasable accomplishes the goal of not leaving the door wide open to spammers and RMTers, but doesn't lock it away entirely for the ones who would have legitimate uses for both.

Having made a poor choice with my last one, I'd say good money to be able to change my global name again.

This. I'm far from what you'd call rich, and when this goes live, I plan to let my account lapse for a few months to help loosen up the budget. I'd love to be able to buy the ability to access the forums during that period.

I'd also like the ability to unlock full access to the market and Invention systems. As a bit of a powergamer, I'd like to keep full access to both, even when I switch to Premium.

But we have no idea yet what will be in the store. Maybe we're all covered already.

One thing I suggest is something that's long been 'off the table' from the Dev's point of view. Seeing as F2P was off the table at that time I feel it's appropriate to reintroduce the prospect.

NPC costume parts!

The helmet from Carnival of Shadows Strongmen? 150 PP please!
Always wanted the Councils jacket? 150 PP please!
Now you too can look like a Goldbricker, only 400 PP for the whole set minus working jetpack.

Excluding the signature NPC pieces and items with major clipping issues such as dresses of course.

Um.... David is working on converting as many NPC parts to usable PC parts as he can. It's an ongoing project that he's said could take a while to accomplish (most NPCs are one solid piece from top to bottom. Converting them to PC parts requires seperating the pieces and re-assembling them for the models we use), but it is in the works.

Signature costume parts are the only thing "off the table". This includes anything unique to signature NPCs, and apparently a few things unique to certain groups - Carnie and Skull masks have been specifically mentioned.

The sausage curl hairstyle is really ugly, unless you're building a creepy animatronic doll, but the hat is nice and I'd like to be able to use it with relatively normal, straight hair or with short, pixie-cut hair.

I'd actually like to see a lot of costume pieces revamped with the new technology and re-released, but that would be a heck of a lot of work just to make the game prettier.

These really need to not be something extra to buy (at least not for those paying a monthly fee), as both systems are woefully incomplete as is.

Similarly, these really should be done, but should be made available to people that have already bought the packs anyway. There's no need for a "Steampunk" pack and a "Steampunk Gender-Swapped" pack.

This one seems more sensible, as new costume pieces are almost certainly going to appear in some form or another.

1) Don't see why they can't just make them and let them be free.

2) that should just come with buying the game as all the other powers can be recolored without paying an extra cent.

3) They should just make those as part of the pack, and not make it so people have to buy new parts to a pack they already bought.

4) I hate the idea that ALL NEW costume pieces would be pay extra for. :/ Especially when some of these shouldn't be. Cigar for women? Just make it free. Dresses for men. sure make it so they can but have to pay money.

5) they should of just increased the SG emblem category A LONG LONG TIME AGO. If it's in the chest details options and it's not a costume part, it should beable to be used as a chest emblem (baring vet access or pre-pay encentives...ect...ect).

The point of this list is to toss ideas out there, whether they're feasible, practical, or not. If we don't say "Hey, this would be nice!" we're never going to get it-the devs aren't mind readers!

...well, except for the ones who are.
