Otherwise, after the last few M&Gs we'd have had General and Epic Power Pool Customization and Base Editing fixes already...

What makes you think it *hasn't been done already (Proper time travel tense formations have been skipped, including future semiconditionally modified subinverted plagal past subjunctive intentionals).
I13 PvP changes, for instance... Totally Steel Claw's handiwork (you should have seen him explaining himself to the Bureau Of Temporal Maintenance about that one...).

So speaking of the Time Manipulation power set, is anyone else pissed that the screenshot shows it being light teal, implying (since it's the only screenshot) that light teal is the default color, despite every single temporally-themed character I have encountered in-game and on the forums has colored their power sets O-portal gold?

The Paragon Store needs an animated clock chest detail to celebrate the release of this power...
Plus would love to see a new clockwork LT or Boss introduced (ala the Super Stunners) during the lowbie revamp that grabs at least a few TM powers just because!

A) The police box does indeed have a phone on it, and
B) Not really talking about changing, it just goes with the whole time control shtick.
And while the doctor never does really change his outfit up that much, I would love taking my time manipulator and using the Tardis as a costume change/teleport power. 
We'd need a DeLorean one as well!

I was away form the forums the other day... Did I miss anything?
If Males are not given the time-piece belt (or belt buckle) before or with Issue 21...
I am going to use Time Manipulation to go back and change the Design Docs for the Steampunk Pack to include that belt buckle for Males and Huge character models.
