Not one new Incarnate slot?

Anywho, that really blows. Here's hoping they're not going to ditch the Incarnate system. I'd hate to see it go the way of new Invention sets (two recipe groups per set is stupid).

I think the statement was in one of their Ustream videos, so it would be easy to miss.
They have all but promised more judgement powers in the future and we will definitely be getting more slots at some point. Also, we are getting a new trial in i21, so the incarnate system is not completely wanting.

I'll bet they'll have a 21.5 with another trial, and 22 will have another trial and the next slots. There could be more trees for the current slots coming in there as well.
Currently one of the biggest gripes is that there isn't enough content to use to unlock the current slots we have. There's more than enough to unlock coming with 20.5 to keep us busy with that for a good while. I'd rather then introduce more content to use and unlock the incarnate stuff with before getting more abilities.
I'm hoping that First Ward is a high level coop zone, maybe even higher than Cim and RWZ. And in addition to pre-incarnate stuff, there's some incarnate story arcs and maybe those repeatable incarnate missions they mentioned a bit ago in there so there's a bit more than just trials to use the stuff in.
Some of us haven't even finished work on getting both Ishifts.
On our mains.
No new stuff to have to scrabble after is a nice break...

Dumping 4 slots on us at once was a surprise to me. I figured they'd spread it out more. Doing it the way they did, now they have periods with new slots, followed by fleshing out the existing ones or giving us an expanded list of things to do with those slots.
I would imagine the next round of slots is a bear to come up with and implement in a semi-balanced way. If we get more than just two more new ones next time, I'd be shocked.

Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.
I remember one of the devs saying we wouldn't see new Incarnate slots for a little while, but they are focusing on expanding the current slots. So if 20.5 has the Lore expansion, I'm guessing I21 will see one or more of the other slots expand.
