Oh cool. Was wondering about the jump power as I am not too interested in the costume piece but if the steam jump is good, I'll get it tonight.
What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.
Steam jump should have been flight just slower. Much like Ninja Run and Beast Run are similar to Super Jump. I was pretty disappointed with the power.

A bit of an aside, but if you toggle on Steam Jump before the Jump Pack expires, the Jump Pack will continue to run. Since Steam Jump is on a 30 sec recharge, you'd be able to keep them going indefinitely.

Steam Jump can be used with Hover or Flight to "sky write" as well
Is it worth it if you slot an extra spot in hurdle?
Steam Jump stacks with Hover can be flying at good speed. With go global recharge, like on my bane it is almost +200%, it can be up again rather soon.
The problem with Steam Jump is the noise... The NOISE!! Phuusssssssssshhhh (for 30s)
Steam Jump + hover makes a great makeshift travel power.
Used it a lot to avoid Air Strikes called in by Duray last night.
another reason why the steampunk pack is worth it.
