They would need a new tier9 for the armor since they can get hibernate with the PPP, but I would like to see it. I would rather see fire armor for stalkers.

"Scrappers rule the world" would be the name with:
Ice melee/ Ice armor.
Whips/ Ninjitsu. (Whips would be using existing demon MM animations, would be a close melee set with some range like claws or kinetics, and different skins for the whips: chains, vines, leather whips, silk strip...)
Energy melee/ Energy armor.
Also new APPs:
Electric mastery
Munitions mastery (Dual pistols ranged stuff)
Life would be better!
I just want Mace for scrappers. Mmmm, cones.

Scrappers are allowed Fire, Dark, and Energy (Electric) elemental armors, but somehow Ice is forbidden? It's a Tank thing? Huh? You know it has a Damage Aura, with the same Radius and Damage of Death Shroud?
The duplication of Hibernate, I'm sure Black Scorpion could figure out a replacement. Something that lends itself more to Scrappers/Stalkers/(and yes) Brutes.

If a person couldn't see the little icon, they wouldn't be able to tell scrappers from Tanks from Brutes 99% of the time. The other 1% someone has ice. Or if we see an Axe it's not a scrapper. A katana, it's not a Brute or Tank.
I don't want tanks to have Katana and I don't want scrappers to have ice. It's all cool with me whatever you guys want, but if we voted [ha] I'd vote to keep ice with Tanks, Kat with Scrap, but Geez, get fire blasting over to defenders.
Edited to add: And Brutes, they need a unique powerset. They have nothing unique.

Unique my posterior! AT mechanics (Inherent and modifiers) are what separate them from each other. Why do you think I play a DM/Inv Scrapper when I could play a superior DM/Inv Brute? Because of the Scrapper AT mechanics!

I saw it! Black Scorpion looked at my question for Ice Armor on Scrappers and he wrote it down on his notepad! It may still never come to Scrappers, but this is a step up from "not on his mind at all."
