This is also why you can't have two colors as well as skin showing on the Roman bracers and greaves.
Which it's high time they did. The game is already fully capable of attributing four colours per costume piece, and in fact does just that to every piece on every costume. Look at your costume files and you'll see what I mean. It's just a matter of making pieces use those extra colours and updating the UI to customize them in a less cumbersome way.

Easy example: The Wedding Pack Tuxedo uses four colours - two for the outside and two for the inside. However, the game gives you no control over the inside colours whatsoever. The only way to change them is to "link colours" and pick something, which by extension changes the third and fourth colours on the piece, then unlink colours and redo your costume.

Also, "skin colour" is an entirely separate variable which shows up at the beginning of the costume file and never takes up a colour from the four attributed to each costume piece. Sooner or later, we really should talk about updating the costume colouring rig a little bit.

Curiosity question (as I agree with most of what's been said): Considering the steampunk pack is live for people who won one at the post-freedom invasion party (I've seen a few people using the new wings, etc) which means all the assets are already patched into the game and the June 1st date is a formality... have they ever changed a pack after it's been released?

Yes, they have, happily. The Animal Pack was patched quite recently. The Magic Pack has had a few tweaks. There might be some others I can't recall right now.

Yes and they will...

We've made a compilation of the feedback you have all provided and are in the process of reviewing it with the art production team. While any changes or updates we make won't be present at launch, we will implement them as soon as it's possible to do so, much like we did with the Animal Pack.

Zwill,

I don't suppose we could get a heads-up on what the art department intends (if anything) on changing? I don't mind buying at launching knowing that X, Y & Z will be patched later but I do mind buying on a hint of future changes that may turn out to be trivial or non-existent.
