Wow, it has been 7 years? I remember the day the Cape first started. I wonder if we can convince some of the founders to show up for the event one night. Now that would be something.

Well, Most of the original founders are no longer around from what I have seen. Closest thing to an Original is One Hit Wonder, who is still a part of the station. She started with The Cape a couple months after it was founded.

Just going to point out that there is a vast difference between saying, "Hey, wouldn't it be cool if there was a superhero radio station?" and all the blood, sweat, and tears it takes to pull off the actual thing. Without mentioning any names, while it is nice to recognize the founder of the Cape--it would be a gross oversight not to recognize the successive general managers and all the staff of the station that have kept it going.
Pretty much the only thing that remains of "the original" Cape Radio is the name. Anyone who enjoys the Cape, enjoys the efforts of those that followed the founders.
There are no words for what this community, and the friends I have made here mean to me. Please know that I care for all of you, yes, even you. If you Twitter, I'm MrThan. Clarification, if you will, please...
Above the flier and on the flier it says Pocket D. In the text below the flier it says Gemini Park. Of course, Gemini Park is the perfect place, for nostalgic reasons. Will it start in one spot and move to the other or is that Gemini Park reference just a misprint?

My understanding, from all the other stuff that's been coming out of The Cape staff, is that the pre- and after-party will be in Gemini Park, with the main party being in Pocket D. I could, of course, be wrong.

The Cape Radio launched pretty quickly after City of Heroes, which means 7 years of The Cape. Come Celebrate with our DJs in Gemini Park. there will be contests, Prizes and Surprises. There will be a pre-party show by DJ Pheonyx, and an after party with One Hit wonder (Who started with The Cape shortly after its inception).
