It's a pretty language in music. Very rhythmic flow to it.
I don't think that was all Norwegian. I under stand some of it being said in German. I think its about a guy trying to find himself. Thats what I get from it.

The girl is having a local dialect which comes from the northern part of Norway.
Its a roadmovie of a young man from the southern part (city man kind of thing), finding out that he has a son up north so he heads up north. On his way a few things happen...
From the clip he makes it quite up north, to Finnmark (the most northern county in Norway).
