I don't have a shot, but I suggest not running around so much. Usually, if you just park yourself around Atlas Plaza or another place that has a good amount of pedestrians, NPC comments will come. I tend to only see them about myself if I've been standing in the same spot for a couple minutes.

Wondering if someone can do me a favour. Does anyone have a screenshot of a character where one of the random passerbys is saying something about them (along the lines of "Did you hear about **** and how he took down the Freakshow".
I have a friend asking for screenshots from different games for his final year report and this is one of the ones he is after.
I have been running around but haven't been able to get the shot myself so far.
Any help would be wonderful
