I vote for the latter and the next to latter.
Going full throttle I earned 100b in 5 months, or 20b a month. Currently I'm at maybe half mass just to keep the top spot on guardian and save up some inf. for issue 20's costs.
My next solo project is to create as many 2b bids on glad procs as I can, but I imagine I'll still have some funds to throw at whatever cause we take up. My vote goes to taking over all the servers.

How about going around giving inf to random players named Kitsune Knight on the boards? Seems like a good project to me!

I vote Freedom. You already have a marketing SG (Mid-Level Crisis) there with a big chunk of prestige. Just go whole-hog on it. I'd be willing to toss a couple billion at that.

So. The Crazy 88s seems to have reached a natural stopping [or slowing way down] point. We're well behind the top Freedomites and well ahead of all the Virtuvians.
What next? Start the Crazy 89s, take the #1 spot from the 88s, and destroy the SG? Relaunch on Freedom and go head-to-head with the other crazy marketeers? Support Enyalios? Push the 88s to #1 SG of all servers ever? Keep our inf for whatever hundred-million-inf pothole I20 ends up throwing at us? Wander off, bored?
I'm willing to throw ten or twenty billion at any of the above, I just can't do ALL of the above.
