Level Shift = Lower Shard Drop Rates
I have noticed no difference in trends before or after slotting Tier 3/4 nor before/after today's update. I have also not noticed any difference in drop rates while dead/in-debt (as another thread claimed).
However.. they did nerf Accuracy again.. d00000m! lol
Has anyone noticed shard drop rates being lower after slotting a Rare and Very Rare Incarnate Enhancement?

Random drops are random.
Give it time and you'll start seeing more and think the drop rate increased.
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.
Ran an ITF level shifted last night and came out with 9 shards (actually 1 above my average of 8 per ITF) and at one point had a triple shard drop, so I dont think level shifting matters TBH

Our ITF last night ranged from 10 for me to 1 for one of the blasters. Seems as random as ever.
[Edit] Oh, and the character I used was level shifted.
Nope. I think you are just fine with mobs from lvl. 47-54...
More mobs of Lt. or Boss level = slightly higher percentage of drops.
But, I do think is gets "streaky" in that I have had 4 shards drop in the first mission of an ITF (the Sybils) and then not get another until the last mission taking down Rommie-Nictus.
