Tanker Tuesday on Justice on the 8th!

Guardian - 29th - got it! The Amber Fist must be there! I haven't joined these before. I find from a post from you in December this meeting place/time:

"King's Row by the gate to Independence Port at 6pm PST\9pm EST (line up on the wall. It makes team set up easier)"

Is this still good?

My Guardian squad is tank-heavy; not sure which one I'll bring, as it will depend on the vagaries of my whim. Also have active tanks on Justice, so I plan to join tonight (probably as Djinni).

Wyld, Yep as Sailboat said, that's the place. We keep the meeting place and time the same on all servers so TT participants know where to gather regardless of which server we're on.

Sweet, Protector and Guardian. Got good tankers on both servers. On protector I gotta run the WST! that tanker is beggin for some more incarnate goodies

I have been struck by a sudden thought. (Yes, unusual, I know.)

When I have participated in TT's, it seems the folks there usually just run whatever TF's strike their fancy. (And utterly dominate them, eight tankers are surprisingly deadly.)

However, given the old-school awesome of the Wedding Band 'temp' power, why not make it a habit to run Stephanie Peebles' level 20 arc in Oro as part of Tanker Tuesday?

It's a nice little arc, several crunchy kill-all's, and after the arc you can get a Wedding Band from Mrs. Peebles, which is +30 resist all for a whopping two hours of game time. It lasts as long as a jetpack!

Stack that sucker on your elec/, fire/, or dark/!

Just a suggestion! The arc also rewards 15(?) merits and usually takes less than an hour to run once you get the hang of it, and the rewards are very, very nice.

That explains the lump on the side of your head....

If that's something you want to do, please mention it as folks are gathering for TT, especially if it's something you want to lead. The nice thing, from what I understand, is that you can earn the Wedding band temp power over again once it's run out.

I'm fairly sure that my Fire/Fire tank has already done the Peebles arc. Her mission bar was fully blue, and her comment when I talk to her was that "I've cleared her out of missions". This toon's been around for about 4 years so it's been a while since he'd done the Striga mission/arcs.

So I ran the Ouro arc out of curiosity and at the end received "The Wedding Band". 2 hour time limit, 30% resist to all.

Hi all,

We had a fun/intersting time on Freedom last night. Thanks to all who came out and joined in the fun/adventure. We had 3 missions teams running and ton of new Tankers (low level new comers and vets with new toons), so we ran PI missions and radios.

Thanks Protector for the fun run and turnout last night at TT. we had an ITF TF team finish in something like 38 mins (I think that's right, please correct me if I'm wrong). Initially one mission team, and then another formed with all the late arivals. Thanks Sir Zane for getting that team going and Kanga for eventually leading them in PI.

Our next stop will be Guardian on the 29th!

I need another round of free transfers so I can spread some of my tanks around. Tuesdays suck when I don't have a tank on the server of the week.

Hey PapaS, although my play time is a bit funky lately (and I tend to randomly hit the various server (other than Justice))... feel free to shoot me a tell if you need team. I think most my Tanks are 40+ on all the servers and you're (and any other of the Tankers out there) more than welcome to join in (an "imprumptu TT") is always good.

Much to my astonishment, my Tank on Guardian is level 38...thought I had gotten all my "Touring" Tanks into their 40s...

So, we'll need a few 50s as leads for any of upper level TFs/teaming we run.

I can lead a "midlevel" or "lower level" team as needed.

I've been looking forward to the guardian TT, however I find that I'm not likely to be back home until 9:30 ET or maybe even closer to 10. Do you think you all will still be going then, and if so would I still be able to jump in?

For that matter, how would I contact you if I do get in late?

Feel free to give a yell on TankHQ when you get on. Most of our vet players monitor that channel during TTs and we'll do our best to get you placed. If you're not member of TankHQ channel, join up! Or, you can shoot me a tell when you get on @Warboss. Sometimes it takes me a few mins to respond... as I tend to get a lot of tells during TTs.
