CoX Game Cards

If they were in fact told to destroy the CoH cards, then this would be the reason. You can buy NCSoft Time Cards which work for any NCSoft game.

Assuming you mean the small, hard plastic game time cards that came in DVD boxes, try your local Wal-Mart, if you have one.
They should have $20 CoX-specific cards (30 days and comes with the 30 day jet pack and are what I use) should be on the same racks with the $20 Guild Wars cards (wish they'd change those to let you add any of the campaigns or the expansion instead of just Prophecies), the $35 NCSoft cards (2 month's time in CoX, Aion or Lineage II), and the assortment of Nexon, Zynga (Mafia Wars, FarmVille, etc.), Dragonica, Hello Kitty Online, etc. cards. Other chain stores that sell those types of cards might have 'em, as well.
You can get them online but, if you're buying time cards rather than subscribing outright, you might have a reason for not wanting (or able) to use a credit/debit card.
I'll sometimes buy them off of Amazon.com with an Amazon gift card when they're pretty cheap.

I found 30 day Time Cards (in a DVD case) locked up at BestBuy and not on the shelf.
The Game Cards, which gives you the 30 day jet pack and allows you to start a new account were still hanging up with all the other "activate at checkout" cards. This was about a month ago, haven't been in a BB since.

Not sure where you live, but the local Rite-Aid in Cornelia, GA (which is not a huge town by any stretch) sells the $20 time cards with jetpack as well.
Has anyone else had difficulty purchasing a game card for CoX? I recently went to Game Stop to try and purchase a game card and was told that they were ordered to destroy them. The clerk said they do this when a company has pulled the card for various reasons.
She said this is usually for when a game account is merged into a multiple game account type deal, such as maybe moving to only NCSoft game card for all their games, or if a game is going free to play and the card is changing to a denomination type card, example $10.00 or $25.00.
Any others have this experience or can the devs help me understand? Is it just Game Stop or happening elsewhere? I did try to buy a card a Target and Wal-Mart and neither carried it.
