The WST is announced on the CoH forums every month under the "News, Events & Announcements - Announcements" under the Forum post "Strike Target of the Week" as well as there is a link in the above post which looks like this....

Every other week we will be switching from Blue side to Red side unless there is a Co-Op task force as stated above. So the next time we meet it will be in the Rogue Isles at Silver Mantis.

Ooops. Guess I shoulda taken some pix.
Our two runs were 56 mins and 49 mins, I think? A few of us did another two runs tonight, and I slept thru the last one... woke up to Tax from J-Force walking around me in RWZ...
The two runs were riddled with bad luck. One player quit accidentally, another had nasty instability, we got bugged on the Rider mish, forcing a team rebuild...
