Item Crafting
Invention Origin enhancements never change their boost or get outleveled and can be used as long as your level is three levels below the IO or above.
The Paragon wiki has a decent page on Invention Origin Enhancements.

i make stuff...
Yes it will still work, but you wont want to keep it because crafting a lvl 50 IO will be 3 and 4 times more powerful.
You can memorize common recipes only by crafting enough of them. I've never found it worthwhile. Only one of my characters focused on getting the crafting badges and accolades. The rest just do not worry about them. It takes 10 level 10 common heal IOs to memorize heals to then be able to craft them from memory. I dont think Ive used 10 level 10 heal IOs in my entire time playing (over 6 years)

Memorizing the 25-30 recipes gets you extra salvage space. Memorizing the 45-50 recipes gets you extra salvage space. And if you're selling all that stuff you're crafting (or selling the recipes you're no longer using), you can work towards market sales badges, which get you more market space.

So you think you're a hero, huh.
@Boltcutter in game.
I think 25-30 gets you extra salvage space and 45-50 gets you extra recipe space. I wouldn't bet money from my OWN pocket on that, though.

Paragon Wiki: Invention Storage Capacity
Ok, I went through the tutorial twice, and I am still confused about a lot of things. A couple questions:
1- It said that inventions do not expire. So does that mean that a level 15 + Dam enhancement will work for a level 50 player? Is the effect reduced?
2- How do you memorize recipes? I love the vague mention that there are ways to do that. Nice!
Is there any documentation for crafting that explains things in depth?
