Level shifted low mag kb (aka kd)
I'm wondering that myself. As a sm/wp I rely on fault knocking things down but staying within my regeneration range. If it's going to be a scatterfest there's going to be some awfully upset footstomp/burn combo-ing SS/Fire farmers...
Weight training: Because you'll never hear someone lament "If only I were weaker, I could have saved them."
Jolting Chain is going to become a scatter bomb... if only someone would have suggested making it knockup, rather than knockdown...Yes, I'm implying I suggested this.
Just tested it using DT and SC on my MA/SD scrap: was fighting at +0 where they conned blue, and they were still doing kd.

On my Tank, I can confirm that Quick Strike is now doing KB to even-con enemies. Burst, which is only slightly less magnitude, still does KD.

Anyway, my Foot Stomp is still doing knockdown to even con critters even after the lvl shift.

Ive got a scrap thats at 20 something. Quick strike will sometimes do KB to even con critters.

I am confident that the Tank Quick Strike does not KB even-con enemies unless they are vulnerable to it. I tested this repeatedly today because I was worried it would happen when the next tier of alpha boosts came around, and sure enough..

Anything mag 0.75 or lower is Knockdown. Anything mag 1.0 or higher is Knockback. The transition is somewhere between, but it's too difficult to determine exactly where.
Most Knockdown has a mag 0.67. These attacks scale up to 0.75 when fighting -1 mobs, so they remain Knockdown unless the enemy is weak to KB.
The few KD attacks with a mag higher than 0.67 will scale up to something higher than 1.0 when used against -1 foes, and become Knockback.
@Roderick
Just curious, does Foot Stomp (among the kd powers) do kb when level shifted on even cons?
