Here are some small changes that will help a bit. I'd consider a few long-term goals to be adding more LotG +recharge IOs (Vengeance and PFF). I might slide the End/Rech LotG out of Manuevers and add that slot to Hover as a Fly Speed (with Tactics and the rest of your global Acc, you can lose that 9% Acc bonus and still be well over cap vs +4s).

Just got my Fire/Fire to 50 this weekend, and have really enjoyed it so far. I took a much different approach in my build though. I worked on typed defenses, capping out s/l/e and leaving a decent amount of the rest. I also took all of the AoEs except for the nuke (I hate powers that leave me gimped afterwards), an AoE immob to keep the crowds together, and took acrobatics as well as trying to work in some extra mez resistance. Only running with the 1st tier cardiac and end use isn't that bad. Here's a look at my build:

That is a very amazing build Drexyl, I will steal it!
I have try to make a Fire/Fire blaster build that could use all the AoE and be able to survive the alpha but nerver reach soft cap def on Melee or range. Your build shock me, since I never thought to use to does IO sets for the small Lethal/smash def.
How is the game play with that blaster since you don't have a heal? Something that I always thought to be importand for a melee blaster.
I want /Fire stalker. Because nothing says stealth like dumping a can of gasoline on yourself and lighting a match. -Morac
How is your arrest time / mob?
My fire/fire is 39ish and She can deal out tons of AOE, however it takes 10 sec or so for the dots to add up which gives them time to get in a few hits. Of course I dont have the dam res and def I bet you do.
I like having two 1..2 punches, fire ball + fire breath and fire sword circle + the smaller pbaoe the name of which I am forgetting right now. Rain of fire does good damage too and also is great for control since you can make mobs run away with it.
I kinda agree with inferno, I dont like end crashes in a big way, solo there is no point, on teams though with it up every few spawns its pretty nice. Kills everything except bosses.

I'm horribly old-fashioned I'm sure, but here's the way I see Fire/*: Fireball + Fire Breath = dead minions. Takes about four seconds. Even-cons die without Aim or Build Up, +1s die with either Aim or Build Up, +2s take both. Very few enemies are fire-resistant.
If you throw in Fire Sword Circle that kicks it up to probably +2/+3/+4. (I have Fire/En, Fire/Elec, Fire/Mental and Fire/Ice. )
Rain of Fire is just a way to scatter them and insure that you have the aggro. [insure? ensure? neither looks right. I blame the internet for my loss of literacy.]
At one point on my Fire/En/Elec [with the second cone] I was thinking that maybe I didn't need Inferno. Then I got in a situation where I had to blow up about 25 guys in 10 seconds. Three AOEs on the right spawn, jump left and inferno... it stayed in the build.

I guess it should be mentioned for anyone trying Drexels build, for a hero blaster to gain access to mace mastery - you must switch alignments and unlock patron power pools on the villain side.
Gameplay is very nice with that build, I can usually survive alphas with no problem. Of course I always keep a few greens stocked, but it really isn't so bad not having a heal. For example: the other day before the servers went down we were just about to start the last mish of LGTF. I came back later that night still on the TF, went through the last mish hoping someone would come on. When it came to the 2 AVs at the end and no one else had come back, I pulled Hro'Dtohz away from the others and fought him one on one. He hit me once towards the end of the fight, so I used one green and that was it for that fight (turns out I wouldn't have even had to use the one). Of course the Honoree proved far too difficult, but I was still proud of the previous victory.
I probably could have taken Fire Breath but I hate having to line people up for cones and would just rather run in the middle and rip things apart. Enemies die quick enough already the way things are. Like I said before though, part of the fun of this game is being able to play your character the way you like to.
Oh yeah and I should have mentioned that, Twice. It did take quite a bit of time to switch over to villains and do the patron arc. Finally made my way rogue, so you can once again see Dreamwave in Paragon City

I forgot to say very nice build Drexyl, I have respec'd since you posted your build and am currently still enhancing. I've found a few IOs a little rich for my blood... e.g. kinetic combat going for 150,000,000 + and eradication, but I did get lucky and get a miracle +recovery from a reward roll =-). (farmers have made WW a little ridiculous) After figuring out the villain side mace mastery issue, I decided to go with cold mastery, as Frozen armor is the only hero side ancillary pool with Def as oppose to dam resistance. Though it would really be nice to have that AOE immob in your build. I will post a respec'd build once I work out the kinks.
On a different note, also nice build Chrome. Can I ask if there was a specific purpose to only soft capping the eng/neg/ranged on the defense? The rest of the defenses left @ 13% seem a little low for not having any dam resistance. Just wondering

This is my fire/fire build. It's soft capped to S/L. I solo farm 8/+2 with this guy without any problems. A bit on the pricey side, but well worth the investment IMO.

Hatred, I was lookin at your build and I like a lot of things. I was going to respec my fire/fire/cold in the next few days and want to incorperate hotfeet. Your end drain is about .3 lwr than what I could get mine but I was trying to find a way to keep Burn in and slotted. It hits so freakin hard for an aoe even though it has a small radius but I am guessing you are in the middle of every mob pull with a build like this. I will post my build up after work and maybe any suggestions can be made. My main concern is end drain but I figure if I can run hotfeet that will help in the farming runs a lot. I also like running assault but could easily drop this. I figure I am going for the highest dmg I possibly can and currently run it with no probs. I know it is only 10% but hey, thats still 10%, along with the rare 45% dmg alpha right now. The dmg is insane on these guys.
Any Ideas on how I can still run Assault and hot feet and improve on this build?

I switch between Aim and BU from each mob. My attack chain is Aim or BU, Rain of Fire, run into middle of mob, Fireball, Fire Sword Circle, and Burn. Then single target attacks for whatever is left standing.
Hot Feet is great, not just as a damage aura, but for the slow effect on mobs. It will slow the mob down enough for them to take more damage from Rain of Fire.
I recently had Assault and switched it out for SJ. With the already high damage my Blaster did, I really didn't notice a difference in damage while running it. Your choice though.
Alright, i've had this blaster since pre-ed 6 slotted damage SOs. I've been through probably 10 builds that i've played. The last build I tried was a regen/recovery, and it wasn't good. My current build was made possible by incarnate abilities.
Objective of build: Damage resistance and Defense = SURVIVABILITY
PvE AOE build: Take down mobs and survive (not for PvP)
This build is only playable with a CARDIAC RADIAL alpha slotted.
1) I don't have the time or money to go purple, so this is a somewhat poor build. But I feel a very powerful build.
2) Played properly, swallowing a couple purples regularly, I have had good success staying alive soloing maps with the "I think im as good as 6 standard heroes" clicked at the Field Analyst.
I don't feel there is really much "wrong" with my build, I am just wanting suggestions, or maybe something i've overlooked.
Here is how my combat abilities look:
Damage resistance:
51% Damage resistance (Smashing/Lethal)
3% - 7.5% Fire/cold/eng/neg/psi/tox
Defense:
26% Ranged/AOE Defense
14% - 27% Fire/cold/eng/neg/psi/tox
14% Smashing/lethal/melee defense
