One question, a gentleman was telling me some stuff about getting lvl 31 enhancements or something? it having to do with the lvl ur knocked down to in some zones.. idk..
I don't build for lol Siren's, I build for lvl 50 if you want to fight in siren's then this build will still do very well since Purple's and PvPIO bonuses mal down with you. You can always get lvl 30ish lotg procs and what not but I just don't build for lvl 30ish in mind.

Are you playing in zone or in arena? Hibernate is better for arena, but phase is better for zone.

Well actually PFF/Phase is better for arena, you see people die in hibernate all the time because of the incoming damage that was there prior to hibernate activating and them not being able to pop another green or get another heal once it does activate. So really hibernate is probably the worst out of them all for arena......

Personally, I don't use Hibernate much in the arena. I find myself mostly using it to counter Stalkers.

Using phase means your emps have to come back to you and top you off. Which will either take away from buffs, or make the emp a little late on the next spike. Obviously phase is easier for the blaster to use, but it makes the emps have a harder time.
Ask your team which they'd prefer.
Or you can just look at the incoming damage and heals to see if it's safe to use it or not

Please, don't try to explain Blasting or Blaster builds to Mebs. He's been Blasting for 14minutes and 32seconds and is much better than you already at locking, evading, and actually getting a chain off.

So, been looking at Psy/Em/Cold. Had some ppl help me out with builds, then some people said those ppl had no idea what they were doing.. Im feeling really lost in the PVP world atm XD...
Found a guys build on here using search, but it was way far back. it wasnt i19.
I put in what i know most ppl were doing with spaces from i19. Also, it doesnt have panecea or any of the other big PVP IO sets.
any assistance would be much appreciated.
