Does it apply to PVP ios cause if so then i have a set of Jav to sell.

the bonuses for targeted aoe, melle, pbaoe, and ranged dmg are all so similar.

Any combo of 5 of the listed sets seems to end the possibility of a 6th in any of these catagories.

they all have the same-ish bonuses

That's the same as purples - except the Pet set and maybe one or two others, all purples have the same bonuses for the first 5 pieces, and (IIRC) a mix of Toxic and psi resist for the 6th piece, depending on which set you're using.

Does MIDs account for the Rule of 5??? And does the PvP Rule of 5 include PVE set bonuses or are they considered two seperate set bonuses?

Example
Panacea gives 7.5%Rech(in PvE)
but the Glad Strike is 7.5%(in PvP)

Mid's accounts for it. The detailed info even tells you when and where you have superfluous bonuses.

I've never slotted a PvP set, so I can't say if the bonuses have different names.

The Confuse set is the only one I know of offhand that breaks that pattern... by having a (delightful) +5% Ranged/2.5% Energy&Negative Energy 6 piece bonus.

Virtue [Heroes, Roleplay], Freedom [Villains], Exalted [All Sides, Roleplay]
Code:
I24 Proc Chance = (Enhanced Recharge + Activation Time) * (Current PPM * 1.25) / 60*(1 + .75*(.15*Radius - 0.011*Radius*(360-Arc)/30))
Single Target Radius = 0. AoE Non-Cone Arc = 360.

7 of them are identical: Hecatomb, Armageddon, Ragnarok, Unbreakable Constraint, Gravitational Anchor, Fortunata Hypnosis, and Absolute Amazement

2 - 4% Recovery
3 - 2.52% Fire / Cold Resistance
4 - 15% Accuracy
5 - 10% Recharge
6 - 5% Toxic Resistance

2 of them are close to identical: Soulbound Allegiance and Apocalypse, with one difference at the 5 piece mark

2 - 16% Regen
3 - 3% Health
4 - 4% Damage
5 - (Soulbound Allegiance) 4.4% Hold Duration
5 - (Apocalypse) 10% Recharge (matches the first 7)
6 - 5% Psi Defense

Coercive Persuasion is the odd one, with 2 bonuses that are unique to the set, and the others either matching the first or the second group.

2 - 4% Recovery (matches group 1)
3 - 4% Confuse Duration
4 - 4% Damage (matches group 2)
5 - 10% Recharge (matches all the others)
6 - 5% Ranged Defense / 2.5% Energy/Negative Energy Defense
