HelinCarnate:OMG it is so terrible. I have the option to take 3 more powers but no additional slots. Boo F'ing hoo.
From what I've read about procs in pets, it should work on anything they have that does endurance drain - which is to say, everything they do, I think. It's something I'm contemplating once my Elec characters get to that level. I've noticed on my Fire controller that the imps tend to go after enemies that aren't controlled. As it happens, anything that's not controlled would be what I'd be happiest to see get some stuns applied to it. Especially since I've heard about Gremlins being squishy.
I think you can only slot the Gremlins with Pets and Pet Recharge Sets.
... Huh. I could've sworn someone said you could put endmod sets in them.
Well, there goes the only place I would have actually wanted to put that proc. (And I actually had one drop when I was playing an Elec character too. >.>; )
Last I heard this particular IO is bugged and never works.
I cannot find any evidence/testing to support that, though, so take it for what it's worth.
Where to now?

I just dropped an Energy Manipulator in Jolting Chain recently. If it doesn't do anything, I should notice pretty quickly. With a 10% chance to activate per target, that comes out to 65% chance to activate against at least 1 of 10 targets per cast.
(The numbers get even better if it turns out Energy Manipulator does work and can be slotted in Gremlins. Two Jolting Chains, 16 targets, 96% chance that at least one target will be stunned. If the Force Feedback or Performance Shifter proc worked optimally in Jolting Chain, it'd be nuts...)

I can confirm that the Energy Manipulator proc does work*, I have one in Conductive Aura and one in Electric Fences. It doesn't trigger often, mind you, and ultimately I'll probably drop it in favor of slotting an actual enhancement (it was kind of handy in the earlier levels, though), but it does trigger.
*Um, I should qualify that: last time I checked, probably a few months ago. Hell, I guess can hop on and check right now.
EDIT: Yep, it works fine (er, that is to say, it works; "fine" may be an overstatement). But it's a moot point as far as the OP's question is concerned, since Gremlins won't take EndMod sets.
"You don't lose levels. You don't have equipment to wear out, repair, or lose, or that anyone can steal from you. About the only thing lighter than debt they could do is have an NPC walk by, point and laugh before you can go to the hospital or base." -Memphis_Bill

I have confirmed through independent testing that Energy Manipulator does stun things at about the rate I expected. The stun is not very long, and it has no spinning-circles-over-the-head animation, which is probably why its effects can pass unnoticed. I am sad that it cannot be slotted in Gremlins, and hope this changes in the future.

Has anyone tried it? Does it give all their abilities - the jolting chain, the electropunch, and the damage/drain aura - the chance to stun? Do they then actually stun things? Inquiring minds want to know.
