Can i get some advice on the Hami Portion of the LGTF?
Main thing, I think, is if you can bring some kind of hold to help with the Green Mitos

Mitos in order, holds make greens trivial, have someone with an EoE taunt Hami from one side and everyone else beat his *** from the opposite side. The end.
For Lady Grey, you need some controls to kill those Green "balls". We had one controller on the team and it took a while to kill off Green ball's "shield"? I don't know how you call it but you need to stack quite a few controls on green ones to be able to hurt them. I know just the hold alone from controller is not good enough. I was using Kinetic Stalker so I have some stuns and there was radiation corruptor for stun too.
I don't know how many hold/stun you need to stack but the more the merrier.
What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.

Yellows - melee damage
How I tend to run this is dive in and out. Let the debuffs that land on you wear off in between each mito.
Then I hit the blues -ranged damage
Same plan, in defeat one then out.
Greens -hold them until their shield drops, then they go down fast. Once on the greens there normally isn't a great need to dive in and out.
If I had a team with a lot of trollers, and not much ranged damage I'll do greens before blues. diving in for a green then out again.

You can wormhole hami away from the goo and take him down that way.
As far as the mitos, we usually get in, buff up, and take down all of the pylons, ignoring the rikti. Once the towers are down, the rikti will help kill/tank the mitos.
Have everyone target through a melee toon, and go after the yellows, spiking them with melee attacks. Then do the same on the blue ones with ranged attacks. Green mito's need to be mezzed before they will take damage. Holds are the most popular but you can do it with stuns. If you don't have any holds on the team, take a quick inventory of what the team does have that will stack, including temp powers and even your inherent ranged attack.
Keep in mind that base buffs and temp powers are easily available to craft with cheap salvage.

I'll give a little more detail, assuming you have never done a Hamidon Raid.
There are three types of mitocondria:
Mitochondria Antibodies (Yellows)
Mitochondria Electrolytes (Blues)
Mending Mitochondria (Greens)
There are 6 of each type and you pretty much need to kill all 18 of them.
Yellows are virtually impossible to hit with any power that does has a "Ranged" or "AoE" positional attack tag. This primarily means melee attacks since almost all melee attacks just have a Melee tag (there are a few exceptions such as Foot Stomp that have AoE instead and will not work) along with a handful of special case powers like Blind which lack a positional tag at all.. Yellows will also stun nearby characters so ideally you want stun protection on people attacking them.
Blues are virtually impossible to hit with any power that does has a "Melee" or "AoE" positional attack tag. This primarily means single target ranged attacks since these just have a ranged tag (ranged AoEs will not work since they have an AoE tag) along with a handful of special case powers like Blind which lack a positional tag at all. Blues cause a Terrorized mez as part of their attack so protection from that is useful if possible.
Greens have very high resistance to all damage and very high regen but this can be suppressed by holding them. You need to apply a total magnitude 10 hold to the Green to suppress it's defenses. In addition to attacking you the Greens will heal other mitocondria or Hamidon itself.
The important thing when clearing the mitos is to focus fire and work together. Depending on team composition you'll generally end up splitting into two groups to take out the Yellows and Blues since most characters are strong against one and weak against the other. Often teams prefer to leave the Greens for last since they aren't as damaging as the other types and the need to apply holds means they often take longer to spike. Obviously though you should vary this up based on team composition. A Controller/Dominator heavy team might well find it easier to kill the greens first, especially if they lack the spike damage to kill the Blues/Yellows through the Green's healing.
Once you've killed the mitos Hamidon is basically a big pile of hit-points.
One final note is Essence of the Earth Inspirations. You can get these from killing Devouring Earth Monsters (found in PI, The Hive, The Abyss and Monster Island). When used it provides partial protection from Hamidon's attacks for 1 minute. You can do the LGTF Hamidon without them (although you will almost certainly suffer some deaths doing so). If you're worried or you're on a team that's struggling you can normally get some cheaply at the AH and that can make a difference.
In terms of team composition the important thing is making you can can apply a mag 10 hold for a least a few seconds. Obviously Controllers and Dominators are best for this so having one or two along pretty much guarantees this. Most other ATs can get access to hold powers in their Epic pool but, a lot of players don't slot them up very well so don't rely on them being able to stack their own hold. As you probably picked up it's useful to have a mix of ranged and melee attacks as well but overall it's less important, if you can take out the Greens it's possible to take out the Yellows and Blues with temp and vet powers if you have to.
As you go up against the Mitos, know that there will almost certainly be deaths. Frankly, I'd like to join a MoLGTF one of these days just to see how those people do it. Anyway, deaths. Tell your dead team mates to go to the Hospital immediately. It's right outside the mission door/helicopter. I can't think of any other mission in this game that is as close to a Hospital as this mission. Don't let them lie there in the water for 10 mins "waiting for a rez" while you and the rest of the team are getting shot up. Or, worst, waste using an Awaken that would have been be better saved for the final AV mission where it would take you 5 mins of travel to get back to the AV room (assuming no tp available).
The only exception would be for the occasional player who's load time is extremely slow.
Teams are the number one killer of soloists.
Single target damage only while taking down the pylons, just ignore the rikti, they will run in and help with mitos. Once the pylons are down all your melee should attack the yellows, have them all attack the same one and go clockwise. While they work on the yellows the rest of the team should take down the blues with ranged damage. Again, have one person as the targeter and work clockwise. Once the yellow and blues are down the entire team works on greens, again with a single targeter. Gather the leftover rikti and attack hami. Stack holds on hami while you kill him.

I am on Infinity and thanks for the offer. I'm not a badger, so I'm not that interested in actually doing any of the Master of X TFs. I expect that I could get through most of them if I just rein in my aggressive play style. However, with the Hami mission, I couldn't figure out what techniques were being used because outside of door-sitting, I normally expect to be killed at least half a dozen times just doing the run against the yellow mitos.

As Mentioned you do the Yellow First, then Blue and finally Green. For Green you definately need some holds to counter their regen. It's a good idea to select one team member to target through so that everone is attacking the same Mitos at the same time. You can switch between types since yellow are effected mainly by Melee attack, Blue by Ranged attacks and then of course the Green by holds and EVERYTHING you can pour onto them.
NOTE: I have been on a team recently that did suceed without the aid of any serious holds. We used every possible temp power imaginable on the Green Mitos (including my Accolade Crey Freeze Ray Pistol). It worked eventually but if you are building a team do yourself a favor and get someone on that has Holds/Immob.. My Plant/Rad Controller was a team favorite when we got to this mission
Now the past few times I have done the LGTF a new strategy seems to be emerging and I am still not 100% sure if it helps or not. That said we would defeat all of the Rikti but leave the pylons intact while we attacked the Mitos. A team leader explained that "supposedly" this kept Hamidon in check and lessened the damage he does while you are taking out the Mitos. It seems like a good idea and MAY be beneficial but the few times I have seen it used we still had some players die during the attacks ... Not sure if we'd have had more if the Pylons were down or not but its something you can try if you like.
The GOOD news is unlike an actual Hami raid in the Hive or the Abyss you only need to do all that once and then pour on the damage and debuffs until Hami Falls .. there is not 75%, 50% and 25% rebirth of Mitos to contend with but you probably know that all ready (I am rambling and providing as much info as possible for first timers ).
Good luck and have fun
Edit.. Stopped back to add this. Remember the mission takes place through the roof of the Vangaurd Headquarters in the RWZ. Since I 19 hit there is now a combat nurse leaning against the wall right next to the stairs leading to/from the hospital so don't be afraid to rez at full strength back in the hosp, refill your inspirations, and head back in to continue if things are getting a little sticky.

I need to start running more TF's with these 50's and I cant always wait until one starts. I have done ITF and Khan a bit and I have been on a few LGTF but I really want to start leading more TF's and I want to the the best way to do the Hami portion of the LGFT so I can run it effeciently.
Thank you in advance.
The hard things I can do--- The impossible just take a little bit longer.
If numbers are so much more important than a teammate who is fun to play with, forget about the game altogether and go play with a calculator instead. -Claws and Effect-
