Tip Mission: "Blatantly Fake Malta Plans" not completing?

Amyone else having trouble with this mission? I've done it successfully in the past, I think, but for the last 3 days I haven't been able to complete it. The first objective is to free the hostage, then defeat the leader of the ambush. Well, after freeing the hostage, the mission objective changes to 'defeat the leader...' and I am attacked by Commander Pike. I defeat Pike...then everyone in the room...then clear the entire multi-floor mission...but still no reward, no end of mission, nothing.

Am I doing something wrong?

I don't have experience with that mission but there's a villain tip mission that regularly fails to complete for me. I click a glowie and defeat the resulting ambush, which is supposed to complete the mission, but doesn't. I know I'm defeating all the mobs in the ambush since solo it's easy to know how many to expect.

Sometimes it will complete as it should, other times not. The last time it failed to complete I exited and reset, tried again and that time it worked.

There's always auto-complete if all else fails.

I called in a GM to that mission one time and was informed that GMs lack the tools to determine why the mission is not completing in cases like those. Fortunately mine was nice enough to complete the mission for me.

Got a similar problem occasionally with Doc Quantum's Moral Quandary. Kill everything, save Ravendude, prance around the sewers, no Doc Quantum spawns, can't complete the tip. Bugged it, reset and tried again, and it worked.

Have had this mission glitch at the end about 4 or 5 times now. Twice petitioned and got a GM to fix it, the rest I just bugged it and auto completed.

I am pretty sure I finished it without incident two nights ago. Not saying it isn't bugged, but I had no trouble if I am recalling it correctly.

I've done this one several times with no issues, and several times where it won't complete.

There's almost certainly a hole in the geometry somewhere that a couple of mobs are getting into (sometimes), but I haven't been able to find it yet.

Thanks. I finally autocompleted it without incident. Fell asleep night before last wandering the halls looking for survivors. Guess I'll look for it again and /bug it if it gives me any lip.

Had the same issue with a Rogue-> Hero mission. talk to the totems, get the stash, stop the person from taking your stuff. Defeated him and hit companion, and... nothing... and I wasnt able to auto complete becasue of on I had done earlier, so I abandoned the mission, ran the other two on my list and tried again... apparently one of the companions wasnt on the map the first time, but I was able to finish it the second time
