BUG: Taunt doesn't work on Trapdoor's Clones
I don't see how that's a bug. Snipers don't move, either. You can control who they target, but some enemies can not be compelled to move by taunting them.

They do not move at all. They never try to melee. They stand perfectly still, and might use ranged attacks. Before the patch, I've actually seen the clones move instead of standing still.

I'm not disputing your observations. I'm disputing that it must be a bug, since we have other mobs that exhibit the same behavior. Certainly they MIGHT be bugged, or they MIGHT be working as intended.
NPCs getting stuck on terrain or lost in an elevator is OBVIOUSLY a bug. This is not obviously a bug.

Even snipers change position/move sometimes. The clones do not. The clones are not turrets. What part of that isn't a bug?
The clones do not move on flat, open terrain.

No, snipers never move unless knocked back. They can't move.

For what it's worth, I've never had a bifurcation move. I've aggroed them and broken line of sight, and they never gave chase.

Here's an easy way to tell if Taunt is working on them or not.
Taunt the Bifurcation, have a teammate use Brawl on them as soon as you see notification of the Taunt hitting.
If the Bifurcation then attacks the teammate, then Taunt is bugged since you should have aggro..
If the Bifurcation doesn't attack the teammate they are obviously aggro'd on you meaning Taunt is working.
As others have pointed out, Sniper's only move if hit with Knockback, and then it is only to stand back up.
Well, that's not actually correct. If you come up behind them or from the side they will turn in place to face you. If you move, they will turn to face you. If you move behind an object to break LOS, they cannot move to a point that gives them LOS again as other mobs do.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
Black Pebble is my new hero.
Last night, I took a Fire/Fire/Fire Tank (fresh mission) in Ramiel's Incarnate arc and found out a very disturbing fact:
Taunt does NOT work on the clones. They will NOT move.
So a basic power (Taunt) and a AT Inherent (Gauntlet) are completely negated. I tried to pull the clones closer to me so that I could fight them and the EB at the same time. They simply would not move at all. They would attack at range or stand stupidly, but not melee.
Additionally, the clones on my mostly generic IO build took long enough to find and kill that trapdoor spawned at least one more clone during the same time frame.
