The Vincent Ross arc...
It would be pretty excellent if the final mission wouldn't take a turn for the tedious. It's awesome in theory, but runners make it such a chore.
The buff doesn't affect your henchies? I did this first time on my MM and my bots did fine.
I ran the final mission with my Mastermind and, while my bots didn't die instantly, the whole thing was essentially me standing around and resummoning my pets every couple minutes. It very quickly became very tedious and not at all what the intent was (to make me feel super-awesome-invincible-powered). Instead I just felt bored.
No runners when I ran it with my Electric Armour/Dark Melee Tanker. I loved when Overdrive's team showed up and I got to play Archvillain. That was awesome.
Oh yeah, being the AV at the end of the Task Force is the greatest thing. I just wish they would cut down the Legacy army by half.
One thing that mission showed me is that invincibility can actually be pretty boring and tedious, though. The first two waves of Legacy Chain are pretty exciting, but eventually I just sigh and wish they would give up. Overdrive's Task Force lives my spirit for a bit, but by then it's already over.
The thing is, and IMO this makes it a bit better than the first Incarnate mission, you're not invincible, just really really buffed.
The waves of Legacy must have managed to really debuff me at one point, because my Elec/Shield's health started dropping like a stone and I had to run away to heal up.
Still, the Legacy did go on for a bit long there.

Really they just need to give you some big AoE attack temp power like Statesman's Zeus' Lightning Bolt for the mission.

That army of Legacy Chain at the end got me a huge chunk of that gladiator badge, so I was very happy to see them. Overdrive and her friends are credit toward Hero Slayer too. Of course it probably helps that I was running with an AR/Fire Blaster, so I was wiping them out before they had a chance to run.

... is maybe now my new favorite arc. There's so much I enjoyed about it, I'm not sure where to begin.
An interesting contact, unique game and story mechanics, a wide variety of enemy groups, and a pretty much constant stream of surprising situations meant that it was engaging from start to finish.
My only complaint is that it would be nice to be given some sort of markers on my map for the contacts from other factions. Since my character was fresh out of Praetoria, I didn't really know where they were located and had to spend a lot of time searching Sharkhead for them. But they seemed to be optional anyway.
If this is the caliber of the new I19 arcs, I can't wait to check out the blueside one. If you've got a character redside, take a break from farming shards and try it out.
