I keep crashing at some point through the game, it's every time within just a few minutes of play. I have the newest drivers from nvidia and I keep getting an error:

The NVIDIA OpenGL driver detected a problem with the display
driver and is unable to continue. The application must close.

Please visit http://www.nvidia.com/page/support.html for help.
Error code: 4

Any help!?

I've been having the same problem with my 9800GT since downloading i19 and the 260.99 drivers. Are those the drivers you have? I've tried everything, even a clean install back to my previous drivers that have been working for months with no issues and it still keeps happening. I've even gone so far as ordering a new gfx card (460 GTX).

That's the error I was getting with my 8800GT about 2 days before it died.

I have a GTX260 with the 260.99 drivers, and I'm having no issues

Thank you, Champion.

Similar issue with my 9800 gx2 before one of the 2 cores fried.

I also play Star Trek Online. No crashes there.

I do have the 260.99 drivers. I have no clue on what to do, but I can't stay logged into the game for very long

I would love to do a team, but I'm afraid I'll crash out.

I also have this Graphics card and those drivers, no issues here, or on the other machines running different nVidia cards.

I have a GTX260 as well and I'm having an inordinate amount of crashes as well. PLUS I'm getting occasional screen freezes with ugly sound-burp/buzz as well.

But we're not alone. People on the ATI side are reporting an inordinate amount of crashes too.

While I'd LOVE to blame it on drivers and such, I kinda doubt it with the frequency and platform-agnostic nature of the crashing.

I have no idea what to do. I can't do any team missions because I'll crash and I've tried turning down the settings from ultra to recommend and still get a white screen and the error. ugh.

I'm having an issue with my GTX260 as well, although no crashing but occasionally during the game the whole screen would flash the desktop and back to the game for a brief second.

I knew it was my desktop because one time it lasted longer than a second and I could clearly see my desktop. This happens reguardless if I'm running full screen or windowed modes.

And yes, I am running 260.99 drivers as well.

Curious. Who manufactured the card?

hmm this sounds like Windows 7 stealing focus (if you are using Win7 that is). The way to prevent this is to switch off Peek Desktop which is located on the far right of your taskbar next to the systray/clock.

I'm also running an NVidia card (9800GT). I was experiencing about a crash per night and figured I would look into the thought that maybe it's my machine, and not the game.

I downloaded the latest drivers, 260.99, and now I can't even log into the game. The game freezes on me before I can even log in.

Safe Mode works fine, but the moment I touch the Full Screen Anti Aliasing or the Occlusion settings, it locks up again.

No idea if that helps anything. I've submitted my issue to the tech support team and have informed them of the issues on my end along with a DXDiag with the hopes that a solution can be found promptly.
