Not sure if it's just you, Wild... I've had quite a few friends try and try and try and just cannot get tips to drop.

Bosses have a higher chance to drop tips then Lts and Minions. Head to Striga and hunt Mob and Council bosses on the docks. You can't run your tip missions in Striga though, you'll have to head back to Paragon.
I played 4 missions today and had 3 tips drop. Seemed less than usual, but not so much so that it worried me.

For villains, finding villainside tip missions, everything works as it should. At least for me.
Yesterday I found 3 tips in the space of 1 mission, and a new one, to replace the one I was doing, in every mission I did after that.

Not seen any of the new tips as a lvl 50 hero so far...
The new Heroic Morality Mission I got on my 50 rocks. It's a bit more challenging than the old one, and takes a bit more time than "find captive, fight off Boss, then fight off your doppleganger." But it's totally worth it and feels very much what a hero should do: be willing to fight their way into the jaws of hell on earth to save the helpless and strike against injustice.

Well, FINALLY got my hero morality mission. Managed to pick up my 8th tip, then had the unexpected fortune of finding out that if your on a team doing tip missions, you gain points towards your goal(at least in my case). Did 2 tip missions, completing my 10, then I got my hero tip mission.
You can only have three tips in your "inventory" at the same time. Other than that tips seems to drop very frequently (I usually get a tip a mission, although it can be annoying when they don't drop, at the very least)

They are - the only thing level 50 Heroes get Tip-wise is a new morality mission - which is very cool.

The problem I had(and may have again)is that I had to run radio after radio after radio, safeguard after safeguard, just trying to pick up ANY tips. Thats the thing, it would have been nice had I had a full 3-shot list of tips, but my gun was empty for a good while.
First off, I love the new tip missions. Interesting plays, really taking individual characters into them(even if factoried somewhat).
Ok, maybe it's just me, but I took my brute from 24 to 26 today, and only picked up 4 tips. He's in Talos as a rogue, working on hero. Last I checked, we had a max of 5 per day, and I've hit door after door after door after door after door, and still had one slot open. No tips. I dropped enough villains to fill the Zig's west wing, and still nothing.
Maybe I'm just not being patient enough, or, has this happened to anyone else?
