Don'T make him too evil, he's actually beyond good and evil, just following his warrior honor codex. Oh, and he has a Katana and a Wakizashi.

And would you mind drawing him with a sword pair as shown e.g. here? I'd be very grateful.

Disclaimer: I still don't care about whoever the heck used to control Statesman back in the day, for the know-it-all who likes to blather on about things no one cares about in a vain attempt to look intelligent. Statesman is, as far as I am concerned, a bunch of attractive pixels whom I can attribute as much parts of Superman's, Dr. Manhattan's, Martian Manhunter's & Lex Luthors' personality as my little geek heart desires & as my imagination sees fit.
