I think you should color it Kheldarn (as long as it's ok with LoveDie) it's good clean lineart, which I'm told is the best kind to practice on, and you can't "ruin it" as long as you save a copy.
You don't need to post the result if it doesn't turn out (but then again VexXxa will totally demand to see it n' stuffz so you may as well post it 
) but you'll never get skilled unless you try.

Well both Muro (built into DA) and GIMP (if you prefer a standalone app) are completely free and there are tons of free tutorials on Youtube and DA where you can get a clue.
If you are just starting out you shouldn't expect professional grade coloring just think of it as an experiment or as goofing around for a little while, grab a paintbrush pick a color and go... you might surprise yourself.

Nuclear Autumn speed sketch. I'll most likely revisit the request in the future, this just popped into my head from the Plant/Rad/Fire power combination.
