At first this sounded kinda mean but then I read over the rules and that people would have to roll a level 1 to participate and then get the shaft because they have no powers, unlock-able weapons, temp powers, unlock-able costume pieces etc and I went "Oh, yeah, okay I agree with Sui".

....for the Justice players and players with Justice based characters who don't read their server forums? I know at least a handful of Virtue natives who don't read that section but watch the art one.

Wow, way to be obnoxious.
It is a cross server event.
You design the costume for someone else (They may even be from Justice) and someone else designs your costume. The fashion show/judging takes place in-game on Justice.
If you or the other character don't have certain things unlocked for that character, oh well! Design with that in mind.

I don't understand the fear involved in not having a leveled character on the server.
He extends his invites to anyone and everyone. And with today's global emails and transferring capabilities... that's pretty awesome.
It's, you know... a chance to meet new people and stuff too. For those who are... friendly and such.

As for being at a disadvantage?
Well... I entered a contest on Justice (I play on Virtue) and won first prize in both categories... with my level 4 character.

If you need Vanguard, Roman or unlocked weapons to feel like you have a chance... practice more (kidding... it's just... what's the problem??).

This is a chance to have some fun.
I find the entire cooperation level, trust, mutual partners and competition aspects combined with the design challenges to be a lot of fun and the prizes are remarkable.
To say to the guy putting this together... "Go back to your server forum"... Is just ridiculous.

In the forums that houses one of the most prolific threads "Post Your Best Costume", it is entirely appropriate for Pum to post here and entirely inappropriate for anyone (I don't care if you are Jim F-ing Lee) to tell someone to P off like that.
Unbelievable, hehe...

Anyways... Don't let some grumpy territorial ignoramus turn you off of Pum's contest.
This is a great idea, a fun challenge and experiment on the cooperation level of players from all servers and it'll be capped off with some fun on his home server (Which, I've found to be a rather welcoming lot over on Justice).

Where would you suggest Judging take place? Test is an option, but it's a pain and it's randomly down a lot.


Really, if you want to complain about this costume contest being unfair to poeple not from Justice... Complain that it's unfair to newbs and people who can't afford all the boosters, too. Angel and Demon Wings, Origin Pack Auras, and plenty of other purchasable objects make more of an impact than the unlockable costume pieces.


...And yeah, I totally placed in a costume contest on Infinity yesterday with a level 4 character. The only 'unlockable' costume piece I used was the Draconic Wings, which I got easily by passing money to myself.

Um...I really don't know, but you have to access Justice to be able to compete. :P

Yellow titles given out on test don't transfer onto live without more work.
