These arcs have been completely redone with new mobs... they now use lots of the new Praetorian mobs. Be aware that they're considerably more difficult now. It's a welcome change in my opinion even though the new clockwork are a huge pain in the butt. They've gone from wimps to nearly Malta level threats now.

Pretty much forget about what these used to be; there's some similarity of course but for all intents and purposes they're brand new arcs. You can still do the original ones through Oro though.

Cathedral of Pain is Hero OR Villain; because it starts in a base, mixed teams are not allowed. It can be started by anyone who has a functioning base with a Mission Computer in it.

The new arcs from Maria and Tina are loosely based on the originals, but as said above, they're basically new arcs.

If you're working on your Dimensional Warder badge, Anti-Matter still only shows up in Tina's arc. However, Maria's no longer contains all the others; Siege is missing. To get him, you either have to run the old arc via Ouroboros, or do Maria's stand alone missions until the right one comes up.

Actually, I'd say that the Maria Jenkins arc is easier now - for most of the boss fights you get a Freedom Phalanx helper - like before, you'd go up against Marauder alone - but now Positron comes along to help - plus Statesman helps on two of the missions, and Manticore helps you on the last mission to rescue Statesman - so while the mobs have become slightly harder, the boss fights have become a lot easier, so overall, I think her arc is easier now than before.

to the last of my knowledge, the seige standalone mish from the new maria arc was not awarding the badge for him, and even then, hes considerably more difficult than the original siege in the original arc due to his fast charging heal

it would prolly be easier to just flashback for it since the mish with siege is like 3ish mishs in

Ran the arc on a team of 8 very well co-ordinated, well IO'd characters. Was a long string of "pain in the backside" with small moments of "uh, I think that was an AV back there" and the occasional part-wipe on "regular" spawns. I'd say overall difficulty is definitely increased.

Just a quick addition to the above comment. In addition to the Mission Computer, the base must also have a Raid Teleporter (as I found out yesterday while messing around in my base yesterday)

That was fixed quite a while ago. I got my most recent Dimensional Warder over a month ago by doing the standalone.

And once you've got the arc out of the way, you can just take whatever mission she gives you, abandon it (not complete), and repeat until she picks the right one - though this could take a while if the RNG hates you.
