Pick the 20 IOs I can keep
The question in my mind is why delete the character in the first place? I'd think a perma-dom Mind dominator would be quite valuable in a lot of teams.
If you do delete then obviously save the Basilisk sets, the Posi Blast sets followed by the Entropic Chaos... those are the most valuable.

i wouldn't delete him. a mind dom is very useful on an LRSF. also valuable in other sf's and whatnot. keep him around. you may regret deleting him.
I'm going with the "why delete him" idea here. Even if you almost never play the toon again, eventually we will get another freespec, and then you can grab another 10 enhancements off of him. After all of them are off, maybe consider deleting him, but even then, it's still a powerful, high level toon with potential.

I moved several of my 50s who get little to no playtime to servers where I don't spend as much time. I'm glad I kept them, and still pull them out from time to time.

I would think at least 1-2 of the Cloud Senses should go somewhere between 11-20 on the list above.

Are you selling or transferring? The Basilisk's Gaze set is needed for many Controller or Dominator builds and also some of the Blast and Buff sets. I would never throw one of those away because I always have characters who need them, though maybe just because I play so many ATs that have holds.
Malaise's Illusions is totally not worth bothering with IMO as even the purple Confuse set comes in cheap.
I agree with keeping LotG and Winter's Gift as again these pieces are needed by a huge number of characters. I hold on to any I get instead of selling, typically.

I agree about Malaise's being worthless, I had two sets of Malaise's slotted in this toon from level 35 to 50 and pulled one out in order to slot the purple set. That set I pulled out, almost 2 years ago is still sitting in base storage.
That would be a pool C recipe, the only ones I buy are the pool A and Bs. The only real cost in crafting them is the price of the rare salvage.

I'm guessing you haven't looked them up in Wentworths for some time. Sets like that, Kinetic Combat, and Basilisk's Gaze are valued very highly for their set bonuses, even more so since they're somewhat hard to get, being low level sets.
That said, LotG, Basilisk's Gaze, Winters Gift, Cloud Senses, and Achilles Heel would be my prime choices. Whatever's left can go to Positrons Blast.
I beg to differ. Unless I'm severely mistaken, most cloud senses IOs are incredibly expensive--which is why I can't buy them for my bots/traps as of yet.

I will admit I understated their cost though, I was thinking of the accurate -tohit set that gives 6.25% for 4 slotting it. That set is a supercheap way to get recharge.
I'm stripping the IOs out of my Perma Dom, I burned up my vetspecs and treespecs getting to perma dom and I'm not interested spending money on a respec recipe. I have two freespecs coming with I19 and I'm gonna use them to pull 20 more IOs off this character and then hit the delete button.
With the help of the new City Info Tracker export to Mids feature you get to help me decide which 20 to keep and which 20 to delete. Its not an easy task since all the purples and almost all the LotGs are already pulled out.
