I know the reasons against it, but I still want. I've got an Elec/DB Tanker who would love to have some sort of electrical blades, too.

While they're working on this, more elemental styles FOR those elemental sets, too. >.> (Yes, I know we have some. I want more.

dont forget about the fire katana that the oni has (and yes it has a fire katana for some melee fire attacks)
This is an absolutely fantastic idea. I love it, and say 100% Signed!
Even if we don't get the sound customization attached to it, it would be nice to have.

To further play the devils advocate in your favor. People cannot say they would be confused in PVP, as no other set can wield two blades.
In game at the moment we have the Fire Scimitar/Greater Fire Sword and Ice Sword/Greater Ice Sword, present in these power sets:
Fiery Melee
Icy Melee
Fire Manipulation
Ice Manipulation
Fiery Assault
Icy Assault
The Proposal:
Transfering the models of the four sword types to Broadsword, Katana, Ninja Blades and Dual Blades.
Argument:
These are elemental weapons, and even with them, your attacks will still do Lethal Damage and have the same sound effects.
