You can have your post "Reported" as inappropriate for asking a question in the most appropriate forum? For not using search? Seems a little extreme. If that is somehow fair, then I'd think you could be reported for having a low post count and then "Reporting" anyone who made a comment you didnt like.
If someone asks a question about controllers in the controller forum, and you dont like it, just move on to the next thread. Reporting someone seems extreme.
I myself wonder the same thing the original OP did, I've just never made a post on the subject. But I find it shocking that if I *had* wanted to know a good place to do a certain activity, in the context of my AT and build, and I'd asked here in this forums, that somehow I would get reported.

So let me get this straight. I chose to ask a question in the appropriate forum, instead of spamming a request in broadcast in PI, or sending indiscriminate tells, and the response I get is to be reported. Thats the kind of response I would expect from a WOW forum. Thanks.
By the way, I hear sarcasm is a reportable offense. You better toddle off and report that as well. I think I'll moderate myself at this point and leave.

I did a search on "farms" within the controller forum. I got 3 results in the first two pages that seemed to stand out in terms of title alone. One of them was started today. All of them mention various farms that people do.

Yeah... no.
Positron said that farming the AE would lead to penalties. Since then, even though nothing has really been said, it appears to have fallen by the wayside for the most part as long as you're not completely obnoxious about it.
Farming in and of itself (running existing content over and over to maximize gain) is not something the devs really get involved in.

Just find a outdoor mish preferably, like Battle Maiden or Bobcat.
Or find a mish that has lots of Family or Council (the non-hairy kind).
