Elec/shield is an aoe monster. I am glad you are enjoying your first foray into bruting. It is quite addictive. With fury, two tele nukes, and a fantastic +dmg aura, things are always interesting.

It would be pretty tasty. Too bad the only elec melee toon I have been able to level to fifty is my elec/nin. I tried EleM a few times on a brute and it just wasn't doing it for me.

Yeah, when I was thinking of rolling up an ELM/SD brute, I was told pretty universally by both the brute & scrapper boards that the scrapper version was far better, and this was before I18. Rolled SS/SD instead and loving it. I'm sure ELM/SD brutes are darn tasty on their own too.

Why did no one tell me. Im lvl 43 so far but have been rollin +2/8 since lvl 35. And the speed of killing mobs is unreal.
the toons about a 2 weeks old and i didnt grind too hard to make it. About 2 hours a night thats it.
this thing is a freak.
(it is iod very heavily but still)
