I think you could technically enter a CoX themed carved pumpkin for this art jam if anything else. Though I think I would prefer to see it as a separate event.

Still, as others mentioned, carving is welcome here! We'll take fruit carvings, pencil drawings, finger paintings, boobie caligraphy or whatever else you can come up with! Just so long as it's Halloween and CoH related and fit for posting on the boards!
But... This is NOT a contest. This is really just for fun. No winners. No losers (cept those that don't participate). No voting. No drama. Arts for arts sake, be it serious or silly, awesome or awful

The bar has been set high with the stick figures. But I thought I would take a shot at this jam with an ipod sketch of my witch character I created for an architect mission that got scrapped.

ah well the pumpkin turned into a tomato so i can't sumbit it cause it violates the rules of your jam lol! It all looked very pretty in my mind...pehaps i should try smearing that on paper next time instead of this dumb lead!

The Werewolf was good enough for me! But the more artz the merrier, this is all about the enjoying of the making of art and such or something?
I'll be getting around to doing my own eventually... If for no other reason than to be able to claim my October Art Jam art was better than all those who were too darn lazy to join in!
Alrighty, several have suggested an Art Jam but nobody has yet to throw down the challenge so I guess I will!
The first CoH Jam theme will be Halloween! Obvious and cliche but why mess with the classics?
Rules:
Make art that connects to both City of Heroes and this month's theme (Halloween)
Anyone and everyone can enter - talent not required, nor is entering every month. Jump in and out as youplease.
Put in your entry anytime between now and the end of October.
Art is art, enter drawing, computer generated images, photomanips, sculpture, video, writing, whatever. This is all about having fun and having an excuse to create do whatever works for you is good.
At the end of October I'll "tag" someone else to pick the theme for the next month from this months entries. It won't be the "winner" but rather just someone whose entry I liked for some reason... Basically I think it best if we rotate "hosts" and this is how I chose how to do so...
Any suggestions just give a shout, I'm wide open on this... Just been thinking the boards been quiet and needed some more arts so figured i'd see if this idea floats.
That's all I can think of right now - there's no winners or losers so no need for a lot of rules. Just have it ok to post on the boardsand all is good.
