local man guessing was right.

i know WH mechanic is unique but i was pointing out that elec controle being a new set, it's possible that some of it's mechanics are unique too.

it could be interesting to test that instead of just looking at how the other targeted AoEs work.

I know I should not be posting here with my Dom's oppinion of the power, but I will anyways

I like it tons. I am Elec/thorns and I find it invaluable to me because I can aid tanks and brutes. Also because Im melee based it really does keep enemies off balance.

As a Troller though I could see it being even better because it's soft control mitigation and if you are working with storm which has a ton of knockbacks then a knockdown is pretty appreciated by melee types like myself.

Overall, I have to say that it's a solid power, and more usefull in teams because of tank/brute aggro grouping enemies together.

Plus it looks good and is funny to watch the chaining. Bouncy bouncy bouncy

I apologize for my somewhat snarky comment, as communicating in a second language gives you a bit of a pass. I was also tired and cranky when I posted that.

Wormhole is unique, but it follows the standard practices used throughout the game as far as Range enhancements go. It is difficult to imagine that the devs would spend the time to change the mechanic of one power (Jolting Chains) when the mechanic they have can work. But if you want to test it, have fun!

Am I right in thinking the the Chance for Stun proc from the End Mod set is a bad choice for Jolting Chain because only the initial hit does -end so only it can proc?

I tested in beta and the proc does carry throughout the chain. Too bad about the -end, more so about the -recovery.
