New SG Badge?

If it helps any the players don't have to be in sgmode and up to 22 groups (the hosting group + (24-3 groups)) can get that one point of credit each. The runs don't have to be successful.

The result is the same though: a lame pvp base item and a supergroup badge.

Actually Beef may very well be right. I was going by memory on the amount for that badge.

the badge requirements are being shared throughout the group and not a single character

Which was clearly meaning that it is a SG badge and everyone works towards it's credit, in the justification that it was raised to 100. so please tell me why you think I meant something else, is there a subliminal messege in my text I don't know.....lol

I'd love to know where you got that sentence as me saying everyone still gets multiple credits at once.

Well one player tested it out in Beta: All you have to do is have one player in the group (sgmode or not) in the CoP instance when the timer runs out. This counts as an attempt for the badge. I didn't test it out personally due to the lack-luster reward.

I suspect when you failed that you left the instance and did other things while the timer expired.

Yep, thats what I did. I messed around in the instance for about 10 minutes an then exited to the SG Base and waited, but no credit I will give it a shot while in the mission next time.

Will report back once I find out

Hell no....lol

The Scorpion Surprise is much better than the Improved Energy Beam.

Even the CoP temp power sucks, so I doubt I will even get it for the SG, not worth anything at all, and doesn't benefit the SG at all since base raids don't exist.

On a off subject, I would much rather the devs allow us to purchase IoPs for the base and pay upkeep for them. At least it would give us something to do with our prestige, because right now, prestige is worthless.

i would still try to get it cause from the GR CB forums i believe it was mentioned that the CoP will award incarnate salvage whenever that stuff is out (i think most all of the lvl 45+ tf/sf/trials will award some sort of incarnate salvage)

Well considering you getr Zero rewards for defeating any mobs in the CoP, I can only guess your possibility to get salvage is upon the completion of the Trial for defeating AV.

Still not worth it, better off running 45+ TF/SF to earn that.

If the Incarnate System remains the same for drops/rewards, then the CoP will award a specific piece of salvage for a successful completion of the trial:

Sounds like my plan as well. I can't see running the CoP trial any more than once for the badge and thats it.

I ran it 4 times, first time was failed attempt, second time was completed on the red side, and the 3rd time was Blue side with a record time for us of 12 minutes 14 seconds. The final time was a failed attempt on a pug team.

Got my badge, no other reason to run it. if the reward was worth it, I may do it but since its not, nah.

amen! although I heard rumor that if you complete the cop 101 times you get a free party pack booster... not sure if that is true or not
