Some of the things I got are actually still hanging in my living room... Heck this last xmas they were the ONLY decorations I had the heart to put up, since I had some really bad financial issues around then. So it helped me so much to have a pile of cards to fill an otherwise bad holiday season.

Thank you to whoever had the new card thread stickied and the old one unstickied. I was at work yesterday and didn't have a chance to get around to having that done.

nvm i get it... so what do i do? i make a card and? how do we send and recive?

It happens the same way you would send cards to your family for the holidays. What we do is gather a list of people that want to participate. Then everyone turns in their address to the coordinator. The coordinator will distribute the list of people's names and addresses to everyone that is participating. Then everyone sends out their cards to the names on the list. I did it the first year. It was tons of fun.

It IS that time of year again!!! Back by popular demand, and for the fourth(?!?!?!) year in a row, it's the Annual Protector Holiday Card Exchange.
For those not familiar with this event, here's how it works: Those who opt in to participate send holiday cards to everyone else who signed up. So, you send out a bunch of cards and receive a bunch of cards from familiar faces from the forums and ingame on our cozy little (okay, probably not so little) server. In previous years, between 20-25 people have signed up for this, from the US, Canada and beyond, and I'd wager there will be at least that many again this year participating. Previous years people have sent all sorts of nifty things including stickers, ornaments, handmade cards, and more (looks pointedly at Golden Ace).
Signups are officially now open!!!! Signups are open until November 24th, 2010, and the list will be shared shortly after that. The sign up linky is here.
In order to participate, you must fill out the form!
