Besides a couple +5 pts bonuses from badges out there, you always have 100 pts of endurance. No way to change that without the bonuses mentioned before.

Pretty sure some IO sets increase endurance a bit too.

I know about the base 100 cap. I was wondering if there's any sort of cap once accolades and set bonuses come into play.

There are also some +Max End set bonuses, and I noticed that in the new ancillaries for villains, instead of Conserve Power in Body Mastery, Stalkers have Superior Conditioning... which if I understand it correctly is a +Max End auto power which is enhanceable.

As for a hard cap on how much +Max End you can have, I don't know if there is one. If there is, I don't think people have found it.

As far as I can tell, there is no documented cap on Maximum Endurance like there is for Health. There is only the limitations of the bonuses we can currently earn:

Accolade Powers
Earning The Atlas Medallion -or- Marshal will add +5 Max Endurance
Earning Portal Jockey -or- Born in Battle will add +5 Max Endurance

IO Sets that improve Endurance
Call of the Sandman x4 = Increases maximum Endurance by 2.25%
Cloud Senses x3 = Increases maximum Endurance by 2.25%
Commanding Presence x4 = Increases maximum Endurance by 1.35%
Dampened Spirits x3 = Increases maximum Endurance by 1.8%
Decimation x4 = Increases maximum Endurance by 2.25%
Entropic Chaos x4 = Increases maximum Endurance by 2.25%
Eradication x2 = Increases maximum Endurance by 1.8%
Ghost Widow's Embrace x4 = Increases maximum Endurance by 2.25%
Gift of the Ancients x4 = Increases maximum Endurance by 1.8%
Gladiator's Armor x2 = Increases maximum Endurance by 2.25%
Gladiator's Net x3 = Increases maximum Endurance by 2.25%
Gladiator's Strike x2 = Increases maximum Endurance by 2.25%
Impervium Armor x4 = Increases maximum Endurance by 2.25%

I will assume the % will only apply to the base of 100, so it's really the same as adding that many exact points.
As for how many of those you can fit on a single character.. that depends on what powers you have and what slots are available.
Don't forget the rule of 5 for each bonus as well.

For the sake of argument, regardless of actual power or slot availability, let's say you somehow manage to get exactly 5 of each currently available bonus:
(2.25 x 5) + (1.8 x 5) + (1.35 x 5) + (0.9 x 5) = 31.5

That means the current game status should limit us to a maximum of 141.5 when you include the accolades as well.
We could also add another 5 points for [Superior Conditioning]. Then add a few more points based on how it can be enhanced.
According to Mids, even going as far as slotting it with 6 lvl 50 EndMod IOs will increase the bonus to 10.908, making the new total for a character:
152.408. (Edit: Add value for [Endurance Increase] from Safeguard/Mayhem. Counted twice if you change sides?)

I wont take the time to figure out what kind of character or build you'd have to make to achieve this, so you'll just have to ask yourself if it's worth whatever else you'd be sacrificing just to do such a thing. Not for nothing, but a good enough recovery would negate the need for a higher cap anyway. lol

The following is intended as a functional build ... maxing recovery was among the build goals (Yay for Sonic Resonance). It has, including +max endurance accolades, 130.3 Maximum Endurance. This includes in the totals 5 x 1.8 and 5 x 2.25 +max endurance set bonuses.

We'd have to add that value twice because I think the Safeguard and the Mayhem versions are earned separately and might stack.

No it wouldn't be there. And if it was it wouldn't be toggled on for me anyway generally as I'd only be including permanent 24-7 changes to the character. The build is also pre-existing to the question posed by the thread (and not made specifically in response to it) but rather when I was helping an sg mate with their build on the sg forum site. But, at least for the duration, that would add more to the Total Endurance. Also, with GR and the introduction of patron powers I haven't looked at potentially adding a pet to the build. From looking at the list in Master Blades post a pet set appears to offer a possibility for adding more +max end. But I'd have to find another 1.8 bonus as well since the current epic choice includes a 1.8 in Soul Drain. Liquefy perhaps? I also didn't grab the 2 x 2.5% +recovery bonuses possible in Liquefy or the one potentially in Stamina, but those choices don't impact the max only the net recovery for the build.

AAAaand all that and you probably weren't posting in response to my build anyway

Off the top of my head, I think a Dark/Ice Tanker could reasonably fit many of those set bonuses. The OP was more of a curiosity than anything but I'm rather intrigued.

The Duelist day job badge also grants a +4-6 endurance increase.

This thread is awesome. Wow. I wonder how those builds play.

Hehe, I would LOVE to somehow run out of endurance, have a kin hit transference and only partly fill the bar. Just for the incredulous "wait, what happened?"

But I think transference is too powerful for that extra 42 points to matter enough.
