Issue 19 is the Alpha slot plus a prelude to Incarnate content in Issue 20. It will get the Incarnate story rolling.
Issue 20 is a very serious affair. With two other gargantuan MMOs landing soon, the Devs are probably building a tonne of contingency plans into I20 so that it can either continue as normal from I19, or branch into different directions to counter whatever becomes popular/successful in the upcoming games, or (as a worst case scneario) be the tying up of loose ends so that end-game becomes end-of-game and CoX goes out with a huge bang.
That's how I would plan things, anyway. Bars will be raised, new rivalries will develop, deals may be done. I think the Devs will be watching the skies during I20 development and trying to hold on to the initiative against new competition.

I think as long as the devs can keep Paragon, the Isles, and Praetoria fluid, *CHANGING* (that's the key--when people jump, it's not because something else is BETTER, but mainly because it's DIFFERENT) environments, CoX should be around for a long time to come..

Edit: What *I* want to see is some acknowledgement in the form of "Kheldan-type" arcs (arcs made specifically for a particular type of character) that your character is actually jumping into a different universe ("Who is Statesma--OMG It's Emperor Cole")
Think about it--with as much high-lvl content as there IS regarding the Praetorians already--YOU are FROM that universe. ALL of the high lvl people in this universe oughtta be out to get as much info from you as possible, instead of you running the same-old, same-old 20-something content that you, as a player, have run ad infinitum

I have a suggestion to go along with the Fitness Pool becoming inherent. When a character turns level 50, instead of just getting 3 slots I think they should get 4 or 5. This would be for the people that pick a power at 49 they would like to five or six slot, especially for recipe sets. I know in some cases you can just plan your powers to where you are picking one at 49 that you don't want to 5 or 6 slot, but in other cases it's not possible and you are left with a power, maybe an APP, that you wish you could give the full slot treatment. Just a thought :-)
Wow. I'm fourteen and if I turned in a "summary" like this to one of my teachers, I would get an "F" (for Failed) for sure. Maybe the author of this "summary" should also get an "F" (for Fired) from his boss? This thing was so poorly written it makes the website and Paragon Studios look bad. Heck, I'm kinda embarrassed just reading the thing and I had nothing to do with it.
