Customer Service MIA?
After GR went live, I submitted multiple tickets, and never got a response. I did it via the in game system. Normally I have one within 24 hours.

Both of the tickets I've submitted received prompt replies so I can only surmise that
1) They hate you
2) They love me
I personally hope it's the latter. That would make me feel happy.

its odd to put all the customer service under one person, particularly a musician withlittle customer service background. she did cure one of my issues with a disappeared npc by singing "paper planes" though.
I can't find any announcements about problems with the customer service system. Does anyone know if the automatic response system or GMs abilities to receive petitions is having an issue?

Check your junk mail folder, and if that fails go to my stuff on the PlayNC Support site and check to see if you have any open tickets pending. I no longer remember how accounts there are handled, but I believe that you may need to create a new one based on the e-mail address you're set to receive official mail to. That's the best way to track your communication with customer support.

I've had responses to my petitions but they are adding a caveat that response time may be increased due to additional workload.

People were reporting a delay in submitted tickets actually arriving on the "my stuff" queue just after GR went live.
I petitioned last night on a TF, GM turned up in a minute or less, so it appears it's working now, the previous 2 calls took 1-2 hours to be answered.

I've got three replies so far on a specific issue. That is to say, they've escalated it, given me reasons for non-immediate responses, and updated me.
Customer service recently handled a complicated problem for me, restoring emails lost when the global server crashed after the GR update. It took a few exchanges of information and several days but they restored all the items I lost. They were great.
