Energy Melee/Fiery Aura?
I found it better in PvP than PvE. But I deleted mine at 50 so I've no build to share with you anymore.

Oh darn was hoping to make a good EM build. What else would work in PvP that is not super strength? How about Fiery melee/regen scrapper
psy/em or sonic/em blaster
MA/regen or DM/regen scrapper
any tank with max HP, nades and taunt... and prolly phase...lol
emp/whocares def
etc....

and there is really no point in rolling a broot anymore either
fire/regen is good. MA is popular as well.
Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.
I think I saw a fire regen build somewhere ealier, I will try to find it and post it to see if its usuable.

That build's really expensive but not terribly effective. Panaceas in the heals means you're not getting the recharge values you should, slotting only Nucs in some of the attacks means you're not getting any endredux or recharge, and Blaze Mastery is a joke.

for /regen PvP build, that one actually sucks... bad
Slot fast healing, drop assault for Maneuvers, etc...
1500 hp,w/o accos mind you, and 32 hp/sec regen is bad....
You want recharge, HP, regen, accuracy, etc...
Soo if anybody here is good with mids feel free to make a build and post it

after only a quick look over remove the extra slots from maneuvers and fast healing drop resilience and take veng, only use the default slot for a LOTG, put those slots into attacks and heals that are only 4 sloted, add the +end proc to quick recovery and procs to all attacks, go soul mastery not blaze, switch the hetacom damage in eagles claw for the acc/rech, you should be focusing on sets that increase acc over def

it completely skipped me you had concealment, replace veng with phase then as thats the whole point of going conceal, and the reason you take soul mastery is for shadow meld not the attacks

here, I took a couple minutes and modified that one a bit, you dont need phase 3 slotted for recharge with the no phase timer it has a 90 Don't know why you slotted the kismet +6% acc in invis, have it in a toggle you will have on all the time like stealth, so I moved it there. Invis needs only the initial slot. How about expense does it matter? because this one would be oh so expensive but dull pain is perma, so hp is capped. Moved the numina and miracle procs into fast healing that way they are always active. Use what you want of it, or none of it. but here.
