Stupid question - where's the Going Rogue: Complete Collection serial key?

Okay, so immediately after I post this, I realize the serial is in the quickstart guide. Whoops.
My other question still stands though!
It's on the Quick Reference card. Open it in the middle--you'll see openable "leaves" on both sides, and the serial code is on the lower left.

Your trial time and paid time will combine. It may happen that your account remains flagged as a trial until the 14 days are up (at which point you'd change to your full account status), but you should have full priveleges immediately. If that's not the cse, you should contact support.

New issue.
I'm trying to upgrade my account with the serial key but it won't let me. It's asking me to put in a game card or credit card info. I just want the 30 free days that come with the game.
This game requres a game card or credit info regardless. It will not charge your card for the first 30 days if you use a credit card. That's where the free 30 days comes in. Of course it's been a few years so I hope I'm remembering correctly.
You can always apply a credit card and then just cancel it afterwards, you would still keep the free month

As a reminder - Just in case of Murphy make a note of your serial code, and how you PAY your first month sub. If CC, also your last four digits. If via time card, the whole code. If paypal, the account. If you lose control of your account this is the info they request. CC does not count as fist payment until it is actually charged.

I ordered it online from Best Buy - it got here today. I've been playing a trial in the meantime.
I can't seem to find a serial key. When I opened the case, there was the disc, a quick-start guide, a short manual, and a map of Praetoria/Paragon/Rogue Isles.
I haven't checked every individual page of the manual yet, but I'm doing so now, and I can't find a serial key.
Also, another question, if I'm on day 3 of a trial what happens when I upgrade? Do I lose the rest of my trial days and start to consume the 30 free days immediately?
