They were disabled early on, I don't think we've ever heard anything about why, or even official acknowledgement that they were ever there, (Maybe they did and I missed it, who knows.)
I'm guessing those may never have been intended for public use.. just my own little theory.

If they are part of the GR completer pack it's not listed. Sure seems to make sense to add them to it, but I hope MTS is correct about the rumors!

If these emotes are part of some Soul Train Disco Booster in the future, I sincerely doubt I would bother buying them.
