Yeah, not even pure Heroes can get that many. It's a number only side-switchers can achieve.

Yes, non-sideswitchers can get 784, but the player needs Bug Hunter or Passport and all the Vet Badges. Apparently I have to wait a week for GR.

Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.

My hero badger is sitting somewhere in the 780s, but for now he's not going rogue, so no villain side badges, atleast for awhile. I thought somewhere it was stated that it gets more difficult to switch sides each time you do it, so I'm not sure if that's really the case, but right now I"m just holding off. I have a spreadsheet I use for myself to track (hero-side only) badges and double check w/ the badge tracking sites- to have to go back and now add all the villain-side data is just too daunting a task right now, so I've given up on tracking them for myself *sigh*

Remember this thread? Well, I got my own now!
My badge character and petless Mastermind masterpiece Bob the Biohazard nearly exhausted the available badges redside, and switching to blueside for more badges eventually led to 750 badges and beyond. The character sits at 784 for tonight, but there's still plenty more out there.
