I am pretty astounded by this power. The Devs have really been doing well in so many areas--- this power is a waste of a tray slot.
Here is hoping it gets "patched" in the near future!

So anyway, I hear you can look at it and do the [shadowy presence] thing and just stare at it. I couldn't figure out what it was supposed to do. I assumed they wouldn't create a power that useless without a reason, so there had to be something to it. Maybe it would turn out to be a joke on all the people trying to get a sneak preview and that was just a fake power like Toy Bat. I assumed the real one would come with Going Rogue, since that seemed like the kind of joke our Devs would do.
But nope, it wasn't.
