Awww man, took like 8 hrs to update finally got on and now i cant play

can't see it helping or making a difference, but, try skipping tutorial?

If that doesn't work {not sure why it would, though}, the tech support forum is thattaway.

you can also try verifying files. also do a disc celan up and defrag. and make sure all your drivers are up to date and same with your operating system.

That looks like a device driver error if I recall correctly. What graphics card do you have?
This really should be in the tech forum. However post the result of these two programs.
CoHHelper and Hijackthis and we'll be able to see your computer setup and get a better idea what is going on.
Also that's an intel driver which means you've likely got intel integrated video which means that playing this game on your current system will be like trying to drive on the freeway with two flat tires.
Now possible solutions. First try a registry cleaner. There may be some left over invalid registry entries that are causing the problem. Then update your drivers to the latest you can find.

Also, if you have an Intel graphics driver, it's quite possible that you have onboard/integrated video that won't be able to handle the game very well. (If this is a desktop, this is a time to think about buying a video card for it.)

Finally it updated, created my character and then when I go to tutorial i get this error
igldev32.dll
Tried it twice now and still get that error when I try to go into tutorial
