Issue 18/Going Rogue. They send it out at logouts so as not to cause the server to explode with everybody downloading it all at once.

To be fair to the guy, this might be his first time experiencing this. He reg'd in March of '09 and there's been what? Only one or two pre-downloads since then? And he might not have been subbed at that time to begin with.

LOL, well I'm glad he asked. I've been playing on and off since the game came out, and while I thought that was what it was, It's good to see it for a fact.

I had an idea what the download was, but was curious to know if it was anything else. I would have asked on some global channels, but that would have meant logging in again.

You guys are talking about the pop up that asks for 3 credit card numbers, your SS number and you password right? I supplied all the info, but I haven't received confirmation that my account will stay active during i18. That reminds me, i have some more of those cercerning Aion and WoW.....
